Atty. Juvin is a seasoned litigator with a wealth of experience in handling criminal, civil, administrative, and ombudsman cases. Additionally, he is a Registered Electrical Engineer, offering consultancy services on engineering issues to various companies and the LGU – City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Atty. Juvin is an active member of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity and has represented clients nationwide, particularly in criminal, civil such as family cases, and administrative cases which later on expanded to corporate and compliance. Atty. Juvin also spent a considerable time being consultants to different LGU’s and congressional offices.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Palawan State University and passed the Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination in 2004. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College-Recoletos and passed the Bar Examination in 2013.

Atty. Paulo is a highly accomplished lawyer with a broad expertise that spans law, business, human resource management, and public administration. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College – Recolletos and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from Philippine Christian University and conferred with a Doctor of Public Administration – Honoris Causa. Additionally, he has gained further specialization through ongoing studies in Real Estate Management and holds accreditations in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Safety, Pollution Control, and Energy Management.

Atty. Paulo’s academic portfolio includes a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Dispute Resolution from Lyceum of the Philippines University, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Organizational Development from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. His dedication to continuous learning is further exemplified by his completion of a Data Privacy Certification Course at the University of the Philippines Open University.

Ms. Ramos serves as the Legal Admin Office Manager at the firm, where she is responsible for the efficient management of daily office operations. Her duties encompass overseeing administrative staff, organizing legal documents, and coordinating schedules to ensure seamless workflow. As the primary point of contact for clients, Ms. Ramos provides exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between clients and legal professionals.

She also manages financial responsibilities, including billing, budgeting, and financial reporting, while ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. In support of case management, Ms. Ramos maintains office technology, prepares comprehensive reports on office activities, and implements administrative protocols to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Her dedication to precision and professionalism contributes significantly to the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Mr. Parong serves as the Liaison Officer at the firm, specializing in fieldwork and regulatory compliance. His responsibilities include applying for permits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and facilitating the timely and efficient completion of fieldwork tasks.

He maintains effective communication with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, promptly addressing field-related issues and coordinating necessary actions. Mr. Parong ensures that all fieldwork is conducted in strict compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures, upholding the firm’s commitment to professionalism and excellence.
